I made the mistake of going to David's Bridal for a one time dress shopping trip to hell and they have called me 18 times. I am not kidding. 13 phone calls to my cell phone and 5 calls to my house. Bastards.

If you have read my other rant "Is it Dave's Bridal or it is hell?" you know that I had a horrible experience at the well known and over publicized wedding dress shop. My rant also explains that the day after my appointment I called the manager to politely tell them why I will not be back and to please take me off their calling list.

Two days later, my phone rings. It is an out of `state` number so I don't pick up. The caller leaves a message, "Hi, This is Dave's Bridal, we hop you had a wonderful experience while shopping for the gown of your dreams (gown of your dreams and Dave's Bridal in one sentence-isn't that an oxymoron?) and wanted to schedule you for a second fitting."

Excuse me? I thought it was a joke or a really bad mistake due to the new girl. Nope. No more than 2 hours later my home phone rings and they leave the same message.

Idiots.

I called the number back and re-told me experience and again asked to be taken off the list.

The NEXT day... 6 missed called on my cell phone, starting at 8:00 am.

What the F&*%?

I then sent a letter so there was no mistake as to who I was and how I did not ever want to go back to David's Bridal.

Seven more calls rolled in from David?s Bridal.

Now, I am pissed.

It was my daughter's birthday party and one month since my trip to David's Bridal, when my home phone rings."Hi, this is David's Bridal in Tacoma. How are you?"

It took all I had (okay it was the room for of kids) to not tell them to "F" off. Instead, I took her name and threatened a class action law suit for harassment if I was EVER called again.

I hate David's Bridal. They are as clingy as my fiancĂ©?s divorcee is to her child support check.
